We use a dedicated internet VPN connection in order to monitor, trace and analyze problems and their causes. In coordination with the maintenance staff of the customer, our service staff are equipped to provide direct consultation services and remote assistance in the event of a breakdown or malfunction. Data security is assured for the client because the connection to our central office at Tiel can only be made by the client in concern.
Our service specialists are authorized and responsible for manning the Railtechniek control room 24/7, meaning that time differences around the world are never a problem.
