The rotation unit is one of our specialized components, developed to be used in combination with an automated spray painting robot.
The section of rail carrying the product carrier detaches from the main rail, moves away from the extraction wall, rotates 180 degrees, and returns to the main rail so the robot can spray the other side of the product. This process is completely automated, thus saving a lot of effort and time.
This installation is popular in the timber industry, where the painting of window frames, doors, and other components needs to be done in a precise, consistent, and efficient manner. It can be made for any type of overhead conveyor, including Power & Free and Monorail conveyors.
