We have installed another unique power & free system at the company Fischer by order of Wieland Anlagenbau.

The fully automated system moves heavy products through a powder coating installation fully automatically. The traverse beams on which the products are hung have a heat-resistant barcode system, so that the customer always knows where the product is and when it is ready. The uniqueness of this system is that the traverse beams can move outside the track in a manual monorail system above a number of workstations, so that work can take place here. As soon as this is finished, they can be placed back into the automated system in a simple way.

Railtechniek van Herwijnen BV supplies the entire system and steelwork under the legally required ''NEN 1090'' standard and the entire electrical and control engineering part.
