In cooperation with our subsidiary Teleflex B.V. we supplied a Monorail 250,000 conveyor. Georg Fischer asked us how they could load the traverse beam more efficiently and completely. They also wanted to replace their current monorail conveyor for a better running alternative. The existing trolleys run roughly through the switches. The offer from us was to supply a guided hoist drop section to catch the height that could not be reached by the manipulator.

We also replaced their existing monorail system for a Monorail 250.000, replacing the Y-switch for a T-switch. This reduces the number of operations required for loading and unloading. What makes this system so special are the two guided hoist drop sections. Because a hoist is used, the guide can be mounted directly above the drop section, which makes it more stable.

Benefits

- The number of products that can be sandblasted per cycle is significantly increased, i.e. the yield is increased.

- Loading and unloading takes less time and effort
