Almost 2 years ago Railtechniek delivered a complex T1 Power & Free system for MTC Powdercoating in Schiedam, The Netherlands. Upon expanding their production processes, we were commissioned by our partners Estee Coating Solutions, to deliver an identical system for their new facility in Heerlen, NL.
With this new system, MTC is able to powder coat products measuring up to 6m long and 1.7 m high and weighing up to 250kgs. Within a small work floor area, this compact yet efficient system goes through a pretreatment cabin and a muffle oven with buffers in several locations to optimize the production flow. The system comes complete with an advanced control system and visualization on 7" touchscreen displays. We also provide them with 24/7 remote assistance via a secure VPN connection.
