Overhead Conveyors
This Power & Free overhead conveyor was recently installed by our subsidiary Railtechniek Belgie, for Bendec BVBA together with Glasbeek Finish B.V. in Belgium!
The overhead conveyor goes through several pre-treatment units, ovens and powdercoating booths before drying off in a buffer.
Systems like this are widely used in the powder coating industry, as it makes it easy to load, pre-treat, heat treat and powder coat profiles and other parts on a bigger scale. The traverses have different product hangers that can be used to carry products of different shapes and sizes.
These systems are compact, efficient and effective, and together with the control system provided by Railtechniek, everything can be controlled from one place.
