Together with Glasbeek Finish B.V. we delivered this Monorail 250.000 system for Profielnorm in Tholen, The Netherlands!
The products run through a sandblasting unit, powder coating line, and there are multiple drop-sections for loading and unloading. Each traverse measures 11m, can handle loads ups to 1250kg and be combined to heat treat products, mainly plate steel profiles, together in the oven cassette system.
We paid a visit after a year of installation, and we are delighted to see that our customers are running the system at full capacity and are satisfied overall with our products and service! 🤝
