We delivered a new rail system including steel construction for the Antwerp paint factory in Belgium.

Previously, the customer sprayed heavy products on the ground in his spray booths. This caused a lot of paint damage, so it was decided to hang the products in a rail system from the ground in a drop section.

The big advantage is that the products are easy to transport by hand and because they hang in the air they can be sprayed from above as well as below at the same time. The products are then transported to the drying chamber so that the lacquer can harden well.
